The Human Side of AI™
Now that we know what AI can do, let’s talk about what it’s doing to your people.
As AI changes how work gets done, it also changes how people experience their value, expertise, confidence, roles and future.
Change doesn’t fail because people don’t understand the strategy. It struggles when we ignore the human experience.
That’s the conversation I bring into the room.
Organizational change is two-sided—systems change, and people are expected to change with them.
After more than three decades working at the intersection of technology and people, I’m now bringing that experience into a new area of focus: the human side of AI-driven change.
I’m exploring the questions leaders increasingly need to ask: What happens to people when the work changes? What happens to confidence, identity, trust and belonging? And what do leaders need to do differently?
As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), executive facilitator and strategic thought partner, I create space for leaders to surface those questions, examine what may be happening beneath the change, and determine what deserves their attention next.

Facilitated conversations for leaders and teams navigating AI-driven change—and the human questions that come with it.
While leaders focus on what AI makes possible, employees may be asking something else entirely:
What does this mean for my job?
Will my experience still matter?
What am I expected to do differently?
Can I keep up?
Where do I fit now?
Those questions deserve a place in the AI conversation.
The Human Side of AI™ creates space for the conversations traditional change plans often miss.
