My conversation based experiential workshops spark insight, connection, and change.
Conversations That Move The Room
The most powerful learning experiences don’t happen when people are talked at. They happen when people are invited into meaningful conversation.
As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), 35+ years in technology, including more than 12 years with Dayforce in global HCM technology, and former Mentor Coach with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), I bring a unique blend of business expertise, coaching mastery, and facilitation excellence to every workshop I lead.
Having coached and mentored professionals pursuing coaching certifications, I understand how transformational learning occurs—not through lectures, but through meaningful conversation, reflection, and discovery.
The most meaningful moments don’t happen when people are talked at.
I create experiences that invite people into the conversation—to think, reflect, challenge assumptions, connect with one another, and leave seeing something differently.
My approach is warm, candid, thoughtful, and highly participatory. I bring real-world experience, powerful questions, storytelling, and a little humor into the room.
The Human Side of AI™
As AI changes how work gets done, I’m increasingly interested in what that change means for the people doing the work.
Through facilitated conversations, I help leaders create space to explore the trust, uncertainty, identity and resistance that can accompany AI-driven change.
What participants say:
The exercises, reflections, and discussions created a safe space to look inward and then share outward. Debi’s expertise and pacing made the workshop especially effective. She gave us room to engage fully without rushing, and her ability to hold space for meaningful reflection was invaluable. I highly recommend her services—this is work that truly makes a difference. ❤️
Dr. Blanche Anderson, Senior Software Engineer, Ft. Worth, Texas
I attended Deborah’s workshop and I thoroughly enjoyed the partner exercises she incorporated in her session where each person recognized the gifts that life has already given them. It really drove home the message that the answers you seek when trying to transition in your career and/or life starts with doing the inner work. Her workshop jumpstarted a positive mind shift for me that I will need as I navigate my career path. ❤️

Deborah Jones’ Navigating Life’s Transitions workshop was transformative in ways I didn’t expect. The collective wisdom exercise where we reflected on difficult seasons and found the gifts within them reminded me that perspective plus community truly does equal clarity and strength. Hearing other leaders across industries share their highs, lows, and pivots helped me reframe my own transition from something scary into something I’m genuinely excited about.
This wasn’t just professional development – it was permission to honor my journey and step boldly into what’s next. ❤️

Thank you so much, Deborah!! It was such a breath of fresh air to hear the two of you speak this morning, and out of every session I attended at Dayforce Discover, I can truly say that yours resonated the most. Although I’ve only just recently moved into a managerial role, empowering others through effective leadership is such an important thing to me because I’ve seen how the presence and/or absence of that can and will make all the difference not only in my own experience but in the observed experience of others as well. Thank you so much again for all that you shared today! ❤️
