Before coaching, I felt depressed and hopeless about my marriage and completely lost within myself. I felt that everyone around me was the source of all of my negative feelings and I had nothing left to give to my daughter. I was completely running on fumes.
I’ve always wanted to try therapy but never felt fully comfortable with it.
