I’M DEBORAH JONES.

A woman who has built, achieved, changed course, started again—and learned that being capable of more doesn’t mean more is always required.

After more than three decades in corporate life, I entered a chapter with greater freedom to decide how I want to spend my time, talent, energy and experience.

Today, I create spaces for conversations that matter—inside organizations, at conferences, and among accomplished women considering what comes next.

My work lives at the intersection of leadership, change and the human experience—bringing people together for meaningful conversation, genuine connection, reflection and, whenever possible, a little laughter.

I’m an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), speaker and facilitator. Those credentials inform my work, but they aren’t the whole story.

I’m also a wife of more than 40 years, naturally curious, deeply empathetic and happiest near beautiful blue water.

I’ve learned that our titles can change. Our circumstances can change. But what we’ve lived, learned and become belongs to us.

And I believe there is tremendous value in creating space for people to consider what matters now—and what deserves them next.
