I’M DEBORAH JONES.

I’m a woman who has built, achieved, changed course, started again—and learned that being capable of more doesn’t mean more is always required.

After more than three decades in corporate life, I entered a chapter with greater freedom to decide how I want to spend my time, talent, energy and experience.

Today, I create thoughtfully curated experiences for accomplished women who want space for meaningful conversation, genuine connection, reflection—and a little laughter along the way.

I’m an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), speaker and facilitator. Those credentials inform my work, but they aren’t the whole story.

I’m also a wife of more than four decades, one of eleven children, naturally curious, deeply empathetic, and happiest near beautiful blue water.

I’ve learned that our titles can change. Our circumstances can change. But what we’ve lived, learned and become belongs to us.

And I believe we’ve earned the right to be discerning about what deserves us next.
